What do your services include?
All of our packages include up to 5 hours of service, Certified bartenders, Bar supplies, Travel up to 20 miles, Alcohol shopping list, Basic garnishes (lemons, limes, oranges, cherries, olives), Plastic cups, Napkins, Straws, Mobile bar set up, and Coolers. Add-ons such as mixer packages, a soda bar, and ice are also available for an extra cost.
Who provides the alcohol?
You will be responsible for supplying the alcohol for your event. We can help in calculating how much alcohol you will need to purchase, based on number of guests.
You may also opt to have us purchase the alcohol for you. All alcohol we purchase is on your behalf and will be billed as a reimbursement.
The best part of either option is any alcohol remaining at the end of your event is your responsibility to transport or dispose.
Do you offer non-alcoholic drink options/packages?
Yes we do! We want to serve all the guests at your event and will happily discuss costs for mocktails or other non-alcoholic beverage options. Contact us to discuss!
Where can Garnish SLC operate?
We bring cocktail service to homes, offices, and event venues — and can also set up at hotels or businesses that welcome outside vendors. Public spaces require special state permits.
Please confirm your venue allows alcohol service and that we’re cleared to serve onsite. If needed, we’ll happily coordinate with the venue and provide documents like proof of insurance or alcohol service certification.
How do you handle tipping?
Our contract is designed to eliminate the need for a tip jar by including an 18% gratuity on the final cost of your event. If you prefer to have a tip jar on display, a 10% gratiuity will be charged.
Are you insured?
Yes! We carry a $1M occurance/$2M aggregate liquor/general liability policy. Additionally, all of our bartenders are liquor certified by the state of Utah and in compliance with TIPS.
